A program has deleted my administrator account, and signs me in as a guest?

I installed a program modified my computer’s SID and now i cannot modify anything. the computer says i am logged in as a guest. please help me, i cannot even use the restoring option since as i have said i am logged in as a guest. I use windows Vista!
