Accounting Programs

I have windows vista and I have a program which I downloaded but I don’t want other users to access it. I have my own account and then an account I created for others to use my laptop with. What can I do so that the program is only available in my windows account and not the guests account?

We just had a local home & garden show and there was a computer program someone was showing that let you pick your home style and also colors - I’m looking for something like that, but can’t find a thing online. Tried many different variations on siding, software, estimation and only got accounting programs and nothing remotely like what I was looking for. Any suggestions or key word searches??

When I download information for my eBay business into Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2009 everything work well, except for PayPal fees. They download, but the date that shows up with them is the date they are downloaded into the program instead of the date they were incurred.
Is this some setting? I don’t want to have to download everyday, but I do want my expenses to show up correctly on my reports.

I have multiple emails in Yahoo, gmail, and hotmail. I want an email program that works well. I was going to use thunderbird, but it wants me to put in msn’s imap or pop account and I don’t have money to pay for that (msn charges you for it)

Someone told me to right click - run as admin. Since i am already the admin in my comp, i made another admin account and tried running it through that but still got the same message. any help?
