just host it on a server and when people send you the money in paypal you can send them the download link… i can offer you some hosting space on my server for free if you want, just email me….

They thing you want to look for it a way of signing the download app with a unique number for security/anti-piracy.
It’s not a problem and usuallly offered as a feature of digital downloads sites.
