what is the best software program to manage craigslist ads?

There are a few but honestly the best I know of is Ad Master. I won’t even spam any kind of affiliate link
It does everything you need. However, no matter which posting program you use, you will still need to think of new body text etc, but it will automate a lot of steps and has everything in one package.
